400+ New Homes at Drummond Park, Ludgershall, Andover

In Spring 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started the commercial carpentry works for 400 new homes in Ludgershall, near Andover, Hampshire for Lovell Partnership Homes.

SC4 was excited to work with Lovell again as they were our first ever client back in 2000 and their Newbury site, The Oaks, was one of those we revisited as part of our 21st Birthday celebrations!

By the end of the first year, SC4 had completed the Contract Carpentry works on 50 plots, including joists, roofs, garages and porches, first and second fix and finals, and 60 more plots were in progress - see the video below.
