In 2019, SC4 Decorators painted these luxury homes in Oakley for Arcadia Construction/Forays Developments. The development consists of five new homes of two 5-bedroom detached houses (one in a barn style), one 4-bedroom detached house and two semi-detached two bedroom cottages.
