SC4 carried out the contract carpentry and decorating works on 71-bed BUPA care home contract in Southampton, Hampshire.

This project quickly followed on after SC4 completed an 80 bed care home in Salisbury.

Decoration at this site was carried out by SC4's decorating division.
SC4 supplied and fitted the oak nurse station on each floor and reception Desk with melamine top.
The main oak staircase was finished with feature newel/handrails and stainless steel balustrades
SC4 liaised with our client in the fitting out of bedrooms and decoration throughout the dementia wing

SC4 Decorators has performed very well on both of these large projects in 2017-18 for which I was the Senior Contract Surveyor.

They have managed and supervised their operatives very well in terms of quality of work, correct labour levels as and when required, general house-keeping was excellent and John Norton kept in constant contact with both our contracts manager and site manager throughout the project on a regular basis.

They attended every site progress meeting without fail and were very helpful with regards to overcoming problems on site with minimal fuss.

From a commercial perspective they were within budget, minimal variations and the final account was a smooth process.

I would highly recommended SC4 Decorators to anyone who wishes to use a reliable, easy to work with painting and decorating contractor who go above and beyond to ensure each project they complete is just as successful as the last.

I look forward to working with John and the team on our next project, Conwy Close in Reading and the second phase at Lance Way in High Wycombe.
