SC4 Carpenters Ltd completed the commercial contract carpentry works for Elivia (Crayfern Homes) at their site in Lavant, from November 2021 to September 2023. This outstanding new development of 18 new homes in West Sussex is a stunning mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom bungalows.
Contract carpentry for 80 new homes in Totton, Southampton
June 2023, SC4 completed contract carpentry services for E G Carter for 80 new homes in Totton, Southampton. The development of affordable homes mainly consists of two, three and four-bedroom houses along with a small collection of one and two-bedroom flats.
Carpentry for 265 new homes at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh
From 2018-2022, SC4 carried out the carpentry works for 265+ new-build houses and flats for contractor Highwood on Phases 2a, 2b, 8 and 9 at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh, Hampshire. In parallel we also installed the timber frame for 550+ new homes, manufactured by Taylor Lane Timber Frame for Highwood.

Walworth Road - Carpentry for 82 Newbuild Homes
From 2019-2021, SC4 Carpenters Ltd provided contract Carpentry services for construction of a Foreman Homes development of 82 new build terraced, semi detached and detached homes with in Andover, Hampshire. The project included installation of extensive cladding to provide the beautiful finish for these fabulous new homes. This followed on from the Landfall project from 2016-18, just across the road.
