Innovative timber frame construction in Hampshire
To celebrate our 21st birthday SC4 Carpenters Ltd, in 2021 at we looked back at some of our early projects. In 2006, SC4 started its first major timber frame project, providing the timber frame installation and carpentry services for construction of 17 new homes in Southampton. We followed this up in 2007 working on an innovative project in Basingstoke, and a carpentry, decorating and timber frame project in Frimley Green, Surrey for the same clients.
Botleigh Grange Care Home - Hedge End
In 2020, SC4 Carpenters carried out Contract Carpentry works for Highwood at a 68-bed Care Home in Hedge End, Hampshire. SC4 understands that the small details in design and construction can make a big difference to staff and residents once a building is in operation, and always works closely with clients to share its experience and provide innovative solutions.
Coudray Fields, Sherborne St John - Antler Homes
In 2020, SC4 Carpenters Ltd provided Carpentry services for client, Antler Homes in Sherborne St John, Basingstoke, Hampshire. The site comprised18 new build houses.
Castle Farm, Windsor - Radian Homes
SC4 provided Contract Carpentry and Decorating services for this Abri (formerly Radian Homes) project in Windsor. The site consists of a collection of 2,3 + 4 bed new-build homes and was completed at the end of 2021.
Carpentry works at Victoria Road, Winchester
SC4 Carpenters Ltd carried out the carpentry works for 27 apartments in Winchester city centre. Works included all aspects of site carpentry from including roofs, joists, first fix, second fix, finals and kitchens.
Fantastic job by SC4 for 3 new houses in Slough
The carpentry and decorating of these 3 new-build houses in Slough was carried out by SC4 in Spring 2019. Client, Radian, described the results as "Excellent Work" a "Fantastic Job" and are looking forward to working with us again on their future projects.
Fred Francis Close - Havant
In April 2019, SC4 provided Carpentry services for Feltham Construction in Waterlooville, Havant. The site comprised 30 houses and 8 flats. Services included all aspects of site carpentry including installation of roofs and cladding.
180+ Homes at Ludgershall (Phases 1-5)
In 2017 and 2018, SC4 Carpenters carried out the Carpentry works on all 5 Phases of the 180+ homes built at Granby Gardens, Ludgershall
for principal contractor, Foreman Homes. SC4's carpenters received high praise from both the Commercial Manager of Foreman Homes and NHBC/Building Control.
