Commercial Carpentry and Decorating Contractors Hampshire

In Spring 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started the commercial carpentry works for 400 new homes in Ludgershall, near Andover, Hampshire for Lovell Partnership Homes. SC4 was excited to work with Lovell again as they were our first ever client back in 2000 and their Newbury site, The Oaks, was one of those we revisited as part of our 21st Birthday celebrations!

In Winter 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started the contract carpentry and internal and external decorating services on 196 homes for Phase 2 of this site in Alton, Hampshire. Reflecting the high standard of work and customer satisfaction offered by SC4 Carpenters Ltd, this followed on from the first phase of 46 new homes commenced in October 2020.

SC4 Decorators is carrying out the contract decorating and wallpapering of 248 new homes on Nicholas King's beautiful Water's Edge site in Mytchett, near Camberley. Work started in October 2020 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, in 3 phases.

In May 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started work on the contract carpentry for 100 new 3-4 bedroom homes in Old Basing for Redrow Homes. Click to view a video showing progress by January 2024 when the site is around 75% complete. 

In 2023, SC4 carried out the internal and external decoration of 67 luxury apartments in Farnborough, Hampshire. This was just one of a number of projects for this client in 2023/24.

SC4 managed the turnkey build of this beautiful Eco Sustainable timber-clad bungalow, based on a variation of a Scottish long house, but with modern technology, for our clients in just 7 months. 

The finished bungalow is a warm, efficient, bright, spacious and comfortable place to live. This home is all electric with multiple eco and sustainable features including air source heat pump (ASHP), solar photovoltaic panels (PV) and storage battery, and a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery (MVHR) system.

SC4 carried out the carpentry services in Alton for Redrow from 2019-August 2022. Redrow's QS and Site Team gave a glowing testimonial for SC4's carpentry work Carpenters Ltd's work on this project complimenting our "great professionalism, craftsmanship and constant attention to health and safety on site, dedication to the development and willingness to help and find solutions. A pleasure to work with!"

In 2020, SC4 joined up with Taylor Lane Timber Frame once again to work on another site in Winchester. We installed the timber frame for a Living Heritage retirement property, consisting of 33 apartments for Pegasus Life.

In 15 months from March 2018 to August 2019, SC4 Carpenters Ltd erected 250+ timber frame houses and flats for timberframe manufacturer, Taylor Lane at Phases 1, 4 and 6 of this Highwood site in North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh. A further 100+ homes on Phases 4 and 7 were erected by SC4 in Autumn 2019-Spring 2020 and in Spring 21, SC4  started installation of a further 186 units.

SC4 provided Carpentry and Decorating services to Foreman Homes for 85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley, Basingstoke from 2019-2021. The Commercial Manager at Foreman Homes described SC4 as a:
"Very friendly and professional outfit. Always willing to help out and try and problem solve with us."

From 2019-2021, SC4 Carpenters Ltd provided contract Carpentry services for construction of a Foreman Homes development of 82 new build terraced, semi detached and detached homes with in Andover, Hampshire. The project included installation of extensive cladding to provide the beautiful finish for these fabulous new homes. This followed on from the Landfall project from 2016-18, just across the road.

In 2015, SC4 Decorators was Commended in the Painting and Decorating Association's (PDA) Premier Trophy Awards for their works at Oakley Hall Hotel, Nr Basingstoke, Hampshire.
