Carpentry works at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh 2018-2023
On 27 April 2023 SC4 installed its final timber frame plot at North Stoneham Park as 5 years carrying out Carpentry and Timber Frame contract works for Highwood and Taylor Lane on this site drew to a close. SC4 has contributed to the construction of almost 900 new homes on the site which consists of 10 phases.
The site is particularly important to SC4 Owner/Director, Simon Griffiths, as he holds many fond memories of playing sports on the fields in his youth. He has been very happy to see the progress of the site and is pleased to have contributed to his local community through carpentry and timber frame work on this new development.
