Established in 2000, SC4 Carpenters Ltd is highly skilled in providing all aspects of contract carpentry (including joists and roofs, first fix, second fix, finals and externals), painting & decorating, and timber frame erection services for complex structures on time and to our clients’ satisfaction.
Our qualified and experienced workforce is CSCS, CITB and CIS registered, and has successfully completed numerous construction projects across Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Surrey and the South over the past two decades. A Selection of Current & Recent Projects
400+ New Homes at Drummond Park, Ludgershall, Andover
In Spring 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started the commercial carpentry works for 400 new homes in Ludgershall, near Andover, Hampshire for Lovell Partnership Homes. SC4 was excited to work with Lovell again as they were our first ever client back in 2000 and their Newbury site, The Oaks, was one of those we revisited as part of our 21st Birthday celebrations!
Carpentry for Redrow New Homes in Warfield
In September 2024, SC4 commenced carpentry works on this Redrow development of 40 new homes at Orchids Court, Warfield, Bracknell. The two, three, four and five-bedroom new homes are located in a stunning, tree-lined Berkshire village blessed with amenities of all kinds. Orchids Court offers contemporary living of a very special kind.
Carpentry at Wisteria Gate, Romsey
SC4 Carpenters Ltd is carrying out the commercial carpentry works for this development 63 new 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes in Romsey, near Southampton for Croudace Homes.
Decoration of New Executive Home in Wimbledon
SC4 Decorators carried out the internal decoration at this new high-end home in Wimbledon from Winter 2023 to Spring 2024 and are very proud of the excellent finish achieved.
Carpentry and Decorating for Greenham Vets
In April 2024, SC4 completed the Carpentry and Decorating works at this new Veterinary Practice in Greenham, Berkshire for Francis Construction. Just one of a number of contracts where SC4 has provided both carpentry and decorating services. This offers obvious benefits for the principal contractor, as the teams can work closely together at all stages to meet tight schedules and ensure a high quality finish.
